The Gwinnett Stripers, in conjunction with the Atlanta Braves, released their official opening day roster for the 2019 season Wednesday.
The 25-man roster includes seven of the Braves’ top 30 prospects (as rated by MLB.com), including pitchers Mike Soroka (No. 1), Touki Toussaint (No. 6), Kolby Allard (No. 11), Thomas Burrow (No. 18) and Jacob Webb (No. 26), third baseman Austin Riley (No. 5) and catcher Alex Jackson (No. 28).
Left-handed pitcher Luiz Gohara, the No. 10 prospect, is one of three players who will start the season on the injured list.
