Nembhard was honored in the high jump, an event she won at the AAAAAAA state meet and had a state-best jump of 5 feet, 10 inches, No. 11 nationally. Brookwood’s 800 relay of Zya Davis, Chloe Perryman, Adia Arnold and Serena Tate won the AAAAAAA crown with a state-record time of 1:36.59.
