Millie Duncan
Millie Duncan, age 76, of Norcross, GA, peacefully passed away Thursday, June 6, 2019 at her residence with her loving family by her side. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. in the Peachtree Corners Chapel of Crowell Brothers Funeral Homes & Crematory. Interment will follow at Peachtree Memorial Park, Peachtree Corners. The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, June 9, 2019 from 1:00 PM -3:00 PM at the funeral home. Millie was born in Ballground, GA, May 11, 1943 to V.G. and Ruby Burch Roper. She was a member of Hightower Baptist Church. She loved gardening, reading, going to the beach, Elvis, Cherokee with her friends, studying her family history and spending time with her precious grandchildren. Millie was preceded in death by her siblings, Steve, Robert, Herman, Everett "Cecil", Bettye and Lila. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Billy E. Duncan; loving children, Glen Hill, Brad Duncan and wife Beth, and Vicki Sims and husband Greg; loving grandchildren, Paige Tanaka and Aiden Duncan. In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be sent to the charity of your choice in honor of "Millie Duncan".
