Anne Pinney

Lawrenceville, GA Pinney, Anne B. peacefully passed on February 19, 2021. She was a native Atlantan where she graduated from Druid Hills High School and later earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oglethorpe University. She was a devoted mother, talented poet, and loved classic movies and animals. She is survived by her beloved son, Patrick Pinney of Lawrenceville, her brother, E. Tom Brown III of Social Circle, and her stepmother, Blair Brown of Lula, GA. Other survivors include two nephews, a niece, and four great nephews. Entombment will take place at 12:00 pm in Eternal Hills Memory Gardens on Thursday, February 25. The family will gather the hour prior inside Eternal Hills Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Atlanta Humane Society, 981 Howell Mill Rd., NW, Atlanta, GA, 30318.
