Family and friends of PCOM Georgia's 270 graduates gathered at Infinite Energy Center on Wednesday for two commencement ceremonies. The first ceremony serviced the graduated Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine students, while the afternoon ceremony was for pharmacy and biomedical science graduates.

It was the 11th annual ceremony for local school of osteopathic medicine. Guests included Trupti Patel — a member of the inaugural 2009 graduating class — William Douglas Figg Sr. — a senior investigator for the National Cancer Institute at the National Institutes of Health — and Suwanee Mayor James “Jimmy” Burnette, Jr.
