A new class of corps cadets graduated during the University of North Georgia’s spring 2019 commencement.

A total of 58 cadets were commissioned as second lieutenants in the U.S. Army or National Guard.

Three cadets from Suwanee, two from Lawrenceville and one each from Grayson, Johns Creek and Auburn were part of this year’s class of graduating cadets.

Connor D. Haddock (U.S. Army Ordnance Corps), Caleb W. Swope (National Guard Infantry) and Donald A. Wescoat (National Guard Quartermaster Corps) all hail from Suwanee.

Nicholas M. Hood (U.S. Army Medical Service Corps) and Coral I. Montalvo (National Guard Aviation Branch) are listed as natives of Lawrenceville.

Tyler G. Jones, who will serve in the National Guard Field Artillery Branch, is an Auburn native and So Yeon Kim of Johns Creek will serve in the National Guard Military Intelligence Corps. Ethan S. Porter of Grayson will serve in the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps.
