A man accused of sodomizing his girlfriend and then attempting to do the same to her roommate gave the woman an alias as a name, and police are now trying to identify him.

In April, the victim called to report she was sodomized by her boyfriend against her will, police said. When she told her roommate about the incident, she found out that the suspect tried to sodomize her as well.

Detectives assigned to the case have not been able to identify the man, given he uses an alias, and his current whereabouts are unknown. Photos of the man are from a social media account associated with the alias.

Anyone who knows the man’s real identity or location is asked to contact detectives at 770-513-5300. To remain anonymous, tipsters should contact Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS (8477) or visit stopcrimeATL.com.

Tipsters can receive a cash reward for information leading to an arrest and indictment in this case. The case numbers are 19-033051 and 19-033044.
