Gwinnett County police are asking for help to identify a man accused of committing “quick change” thefts at money transfer stations at Kroger stores along the east coast, including two locations in Gwinnett.
Cpl. William Wolfe said the Kroger stores are located in Grayson and Loganville area, and they are part of a string of similar thefts the man is accused of committing at several Kroger stores along the east coast in the past nine months.
