A pair of women were shot on Sunday in unincorporated Dacula in what Gwinnett County police said was an apparent domestic dispute. According to police, a man in his early 20s was taken into custody for allegedly shooting a pair of women at a home located at 1587 Rolling View Way.
When police arrived at the residence, they were met by several people standing in the driveway, police spokesman Sgt. Brian Doan said. The bystanders told police the shooter and victims were still inside the house. The suspect was located in the upstairs maters bedroom, Doan said, and was arrested without incident.
Doan said officers then located the two female victims hiding in the bathroom of the master bedroom. Both women were shot in the lower extremeties, police said, and were taken to Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville with non-life-threatening injuries.
According to police, all three people involved live at the residence on Rolling View Way.
