Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament’s castle at Sugarloaf Mills in Lawrenceville is offering a 40% discount on adult admission to customers who donate a school supply at the box office this month.

Adults who donate school supplies at Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament can get a discount on nearly half of their admission price this month.

The attraction at Sugarloaf Mills in Lawrenceville announced it will offer 40% off discounts on adult admission for anyone who donates supplies when they buy their ticket at the box office. The special deal lasts through July 28.

“School supplies can be expensive, and receiving a brand new backpack filled with every supply imaginable will make a world of difference to local students who may not have the resources to secure these things on their own,” Medieval Times Atlanta general manager Louis Ruocco said.

“We encourage the local community to purchase a school supply and come out to the castle, enjoying a fun evening with the family while giving back to a very worthwhile cause.”

The school supplies are being gathered to fill 750 backpacks that Medieval Times staff, including squires and the “Queen,” will distribute at Atlanta-area schools July 31.

Items that can be donated to get the admission discount include paper, pens and pencils, notebooks, binders, crayons, colored pencils, highlighters, erasers, glue, rulers, calculators and scissors.

There is a limit of one discounted adult admission for each donated school supply.
