Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by RW Investments, LLC to 5 Arch Funding Corp dated March 30, 2018 and recorded on May 2, 2018 in Deed Book 55855, Page 59, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records and later assigned to 5AIF Maple 2, LLC, by Assignment of Security Deed, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Five Hundred Forty Five Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Three Dollars ($545,263.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Gwinnett County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on August 6, 2019 the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 97, 6th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being shown as Lot 2, Walker's Estate, on a survey prepared by Alpha Land Services, Gordon C.
