NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in the certain Deed to Secure Debt, Assignment of Rents and Security Agreement from Brenda S. Roberts (hereinafter the “Borrower”) to Yale Mortgage Corporation dated August 10, 2007, and recorded August 27, 2007, in Deed Book 48218, Page 557, of the records of the Clerk of Superior Court, Gwinnett County, Georgia; then assigned to Branch Banking and Trust Company by instrument recorded at Deed Book 48218, Page 575, aforesaid records; then assigned to Muller Real Estate Holdings, LLC by instrument recorded at Deed Book 51285, Page 476, aforesaid records; last assigned to MREH of Georgia, LLC (hereinafter the “Grantee”) by instrument recorded at Deed Book 54387, Page 9, aforesaid records, originally having been given to secure a Note in the amount of $70,000.00, will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Gwinnett County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in AUGUST 2019 (August 6, 2019), the property described in said deed, to wit: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 310 of the 5th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being Lot 55, Block A of Brookton Place Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 162, Gwinnett County, Georgia records, said Plat is by this reference being incorporated herein and made a part hereof for a more complete description.
