More commonly known as: 1581 Timber Heights Drive, Loganville, GA 30052) The correct legal description being: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 227 of the 5th District, Gwinnett County, Georgia, being Lot 9, Block A, Phase One, of Timber Valley Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 74, Page 8, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records, which recorded plat is Incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description. Said property is known as 1581 Timber Heights Drive, Loganville, GA 30052, together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any.
