Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Dalawni Hollomon to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc, as grantee, as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., DBA America§s Wholesale Lender, its successors and assigns, dated April 25, 2007, recorded in Deed Book 47834, Page 736, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records and as modified by that certain Loan Modification Agreement recorded in Deed Book 56087, Page 383, Gwinnett County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the benefit of the certificateholders CWABS, Inc.
