Last year was a busy one for Philips Arena. The popular Atlanta venue hosted 64 events and 608,084 guests, gaining recognition as one of the top venues in the world for live entertainment once again.

Philips earned a spot among the world’s top 10 venues worlwide based on ticket sales — Pollstar Magazine ranked Philips Arena No. 10 in the world and No. 4 in the U.S. in its 2014 year end ranking.

Philips Arena hosted many of the top ranked concert tours of 2014, including Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Eagles, Paul McCartney, Fleetwood Mac, George Strait and Garth Brooks, who set a new Philips Arena record with seven shows on one tour stop. There were also variety of events and family shows, such as Oprah’s “The Life You Want Weekend,” The Walking Dead Escape, Disney On Ice presents “Frozen” and “Marvel Universe Live!.”

In 2015, Philips will again host a variety of top entertainers and events including Chris Brown on Feb. 3, Katt Williams on Feb. 7, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Feb. 11 – 16, Maroon 5 on Feb. 19, Charlie Wilson on Feb. 21, WWE Smackdown on Feb. 24, Billy Joel on Feb. 28, Harlem Globetrotters on March 7, Ariana Grande on March 24, Fleetwood Mac on March 25, Bette Midler on May 13 and Iggy Azalea on May 19.
