Amanda Susette Hall and Nicholas Phillip Edwards were married Sept. 1 in Amelia Island, Fla. Doug Allen officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Susette Hall of Lilburn and Durell and Kym Hall of Saint Simons Island. She is a graduate of Brookwood High School and the University of Georgia and is employed with Forsyth Central High School.

The groom is the son of Robbin and Phil Edwards of Snellville. He is a graduate of Brookwood High School and the Coastal College of Georgia and is employed with AT&T.

Katlynn Hall of Atlanta served as the maid of honor.

Garrett Williams of Macon served as the best man.

Groomsmen were Rhett Barfield of Conyers, Josh Lee of Birmingham, Ala., Ian Murray of Tampa, Fla., and Daniel Cooper of Athens.

After a honeymoon in St. Lucia, the couple resides in Cumming.
