At this point, anything can help. Three Gwinnett Braves players changed their numbers to start the team's 10-game homestand with eyes on changing other numbers this season. Catcher J.C. Boscan returned to his No. 15 from a season ago, Felix Pie swapped to No. 14 and Joey Terdoslavich No. 7. Boscan wore No. 7 earlier this season. Terdoslavich was wearing No. 8 and Pie wore No. 9. But the numbers that matter more for the three are their batting averages. Entering Thursday's game with Rochester, Boscan led the trio with a .194 average. Terdoslavich was hitting .190 and Pie was at .167. The only other G-Braves player hitting below .200 was new arrival Lance Zawadzki, who has only played in two games.
Will a change on the back, mean a change in his bat?
