From brain tumor to high school cheerleader

Malerie Moulder was diagnosed with a brain tumor and was told she may never be able to talk, walk or eat independently. Moulder, a freshman at Mountain View High School, is now on the junior varsity football cheerleading squad.

Fifteen years after Malerie Moulder had a tumor removed from her brain stem, and doctors said she might not ever walk, talk or eat by mouth again, she is a junior varsity cheerleader at Mountain View High School.
