All Commissioners need to be investigated. Beaudreau needs to be investigated thoroughly and immediately. Where is the DA and investigation? The trash deal and right offs are ridiculous. Not to mention the airport deal. Lassiter was revealed within days of airport vote. Was she the only commissioner bought off?

This is all part of the process Coolray and they need to keep digging. The US Attorney needs to be involved in Gwinnett. The DA is not getting the job done. There is too much cronyism. This should be the tip of the iceberg. An informed citizentry does not have the resources to dig up the dirt and those that do dig it up get castrated by those propping up the corruption.

2006 video and DA finds no wrong doing? DA states anything prior to 2010 is irrelevant? Attorneys going back to 2006 and DA stating 2011. WTH. If I read this correctly, there is a four year window to bring charges against politicians. Who set this window? Incredible. Residents lose big.
Has the DA started investigating Commissioner Beaudreau with his tax paid ballgames, Christmas parties, funerals, copier deals, etc .... Four year clock has started. An outside agency needs to look into all these allegations including prior to 2010 with all commissioners. Forget DA. Gwinnett is not capable. There needs to be a Federal auditing of this county and municipalities.

You would be fired for falsifying expense accounts in most corporations. Government is big business and very few actually get caught. There is big problem with political culture in Gwinnett County. I hope that Mike Beaudreau is next for charging taxpayers for Christmas Parties, Funerals, ball games, etc. I believe term limits would prevent most of these problems.

Looks like Snellville City no different than Gwinnett County. Need to bring in an outside FED agency to investigate all these characters and tentacles. What a mess including the groupies. The undying love and blind following of politicians amazes me. How Great Thou Art simply does not seem applicable to any politician. IMO.

I assume you are asking me. Trying to prove? Nothing. Giving my opinion like you. Your statement is both emotional and erroneous.
The article did not state --3-- city attorney's testified to anything. Some former politician gave his experience with 3 attorneys.
The current City Attorney sentiment is that it does not have merit. Fine. Anderson is taking his claim to the another agency. Fine.
If there were not a loop hole somewhere this would not be an issue. I hope the State comes back and says there is not a loophole and nonissue. The message being sent is politicians can owe taxes and make taxation policy. It's happening all across our country. Big deal.
