The church could go all acoustic music after 10 pm until 10 am. That would get rid of the bass problem. That is one simple start until they get the soundproofing they need.

Were the homeowners home at the time? If not, how would they control their idiot son? Who bought the alcohol? Were they living on one of their parents homes or what? I agree that they need to be punished severely and made to pay. I'm just saying that some folks on here are acting as if these were a couple of minors who should have had parental control over a sleepover and that just does not compute. I agree, if it was my home, there would not have been any such activity going on at all. IF I had knowledge and control. But if I was out of town, gone for the weekend and I had a stupid offspring that would do something like this, how could I stop it if I was not there?

I'm sure there will be a lawsuit at some point, but today is Thursday and this happened Tuesday. Takes a little bit to get police reports, estimates, lawyers.

You did read in the article that these guys are 18 and 19 years old, right? What other adult supervision would you expect for an 18 and 19 year old?
Morons they are, yes. But technically, they ARE adults. Stupid and immature ones, but adults nonetheless and unfurtunately being stupid and immature is not illegal.

Nothing that she did is acceptable in any way, shape or form and she does need to be held accountable for sure. But it sounds like she caved into desperation after her husbands death. On top of her salary, who knows if there was a pension fromher husband or something? But it does sound like her older son sucked her right into this whole mess. If I remember correctly, the Loafing Leprauchan was shut down also due to poor management decisions, and that is where her older son worked. It's sad. Regards to the car repair thing, it said she ran out of gas and needed help. So many people are currently in that situation right now, either having lost their main source of income, or in her case, loss of a husband and potentially any other income he may have pulling in as well. My best wishes go out to her youngest son as he faces now the loss of his mother and brother to the prison system.

How do you know the first shot hit him in the leg? From which officer? the one who fired three shots or the one who fired 9? How would the officer know for sure the first shot hit him in the leg? Have you ever seen a deranged person with full adrenaline pumping? They could keep moving with one shot in the leg. Where in the leg did it hit? You make assumptions that make no sense. Run to your squad car?? Are yout alling me the officers should have run from the guy with the machete that wanted to possibly kill then and harm his family? Wow. Kick him? When he has a machete that could cut you wide open possibly? You are a piece of work. Where was the kid when the first shot was fired? Coming down the steps or in the driveway already? Was an officer crouching down when he fired, possibly hitting the second floor siding that was maybe what, anywhere from 10 feet and higher? Guess that depends on the distance and tha angle of where the shot was fired from. I have and show compassion where compassion is due.

Only five shots hit the kid. Only one fatal.Not all shots fired usually hit the moving target as it is coming full speed at you.
