Your logic is flawed sir. Intentionally ramming someone or driving through a crowd of people or running over your cheating spouse are all crimes; felonys; i.e. aggravated assault or aggravated battery. Your use of the terms negligent or accident are civil issues, not criminal and not applicable here. Are the poor souls less dead if they are killed by an automobile, baseball bat, steak knife, gasoline & match than if they are killed by a gun? All of these things are inanimate objects that do nothing by themselves.

CD, have you read the Obamacare Plan? Obviously not! You will not have a co-pay. It will be all free! Not a dime for preventative care. You also will have to pay for your employer provided insurance with after-tax dollars. How does that change and more taxes make you feel!
