Ahhh Bill, I love your show and your work but whoever advised you on this piece has obviously never been to Cuba. The restrictions on foreign traveling is long gone and I know many Americans that visit Cuba regularly. The big difference is that they do not stamp your passport because travel to Cuba is supposed to be illegal for Americans. You can not spend dollars so you just purchase Pesos to spend. You should be free to travel about anywhere. It's actually a wonderful place to visit.
