I'm sorry where does it says the flights would only be during daylight hours? It's irrelevant anyway, they would have no restrictions as to time as confirmed be the FAA during the commercialization fiasco.

Probably because he had nothing to do with the drop, it's all due to falling demand due to a weak global economy. Which incidentally he has done nothing to help, other than adding more to the national debt ($15 TRILLION +) than every other president combined.
