To the family of Sgt. John Thomas Petty Jr.-
Sorry for your loss. I wanted to share some positive thoughts from the scriptures with you. If you have a bible it would be great if you can look up the quoted scriptures. My hopeis that the bible can give you some comfort. You may be able to relate to some individuals in the bible-(Genesis 37:33-35; Psalms 38:6,7; 2Corinthians 7:5,6). The scriptures show that God cares for us & he takes notice of the pains that we go through-(2Corinthians 1:3,4; Psalms 55:22; Isaiah 57:15) God encourages us to do this-(1Peter 5:7). Soon God whose name is Jehovah(Exodus 6:3-found in the footnote; Psalms 83:18), will do away with death forever-(1Corinthians 15:26), and bring back our dear loved ones that have died-(John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15). Another scripture that holds a beautiful promise is found at-(Revelation 21:3,4). What a wonderful time that will be! We can have confidence in what God says because of these verses-(Numbers 23:19; Isaiah 55:11; Hebrews 6:18). I hope I was of some encouragement to you.

The bible also explains that soon we will be freed from the ememy death-(1Corinthians 15:26) What a wonderful time that will be! The scriptures also says that we will soon welcome back our dead loved ones to life-(Isaiah 26:19; John 5:28,29; Acts 24:15). God whose name is Jehovah-(Exodus 6:3 found in the footnote; Psalms 83:18), takes notice of us when we are downhearted-(2Corinthians 1:3,4; Psalms 55:22; Isaiah 57:15; 1Peter 5:7). Jehovah God is love-(1John 4:8) He never wanted death for us. Soon he will bring about these promises-(Revelation 21:3,4) It's not a mere dream-(Isaiah 55:10,11) Whatever words come out of God's mouth will return with results. These scriptures also build our confidence in the things God promises-(Numbers 23:19; Hebrews:6:18). Again I'm sorry for the lost of your dear loved one. I hope the scriptures I shared with you give you hope.

To the family of Pauline "Pinkey" Reeves,
I'm sorry for your loss. I wanted to share something encouraging with you from the bible. Losing a loved one to death may leave you feeling like some who were in the scriptures- **Genesis 37:33-35, Psalms 38:6-8**. The bible reassures us how God feels when we go through tough times **2Corinthians 1:3,4; Psalms 55:22 & 1Peter 5:7**. God will help you when you face overwhelming situations & he takes notice of you individually **Luke 12:6,7**. God whose name is Jehovah (**Exodus 6:3 may be in the footnote as YHWH, Psalms 83:18**), promises that soon we will never have to have to lose a loved one to death or experience death **Revelation 21:3,4**. We can put confidence in Jehovahs words because he says this**-Isaiah 55:10,11**. Again I'm sorry for your loss. Hopefully I was able to give you comfort through the scriptures.
