Why do the bureaucrats always have to replace a tax? Why can't they realize that revenue is no longer available and adjust accordingly? Normal working people do this all the time.

It is a shame that it has taken 11 years for this site to be rebuilt. Millions of dollars was wasted by governmental bureaucracies just arriving at the point to start building.

I wouldn't know Mike Beaudreau if he walked into a room but I do know that he is like every other politician that can not lose gracefully and just go away.

All local governments have the ability to fix some of the traffic woes right now but they don't. You could synchronize traffic signals. I'm sick and tired of driving from red light to red light and having to stop when the green side has no traffic flowing. Also, the government DOT bureaucrat that came up with the notion that any side street crossing a major road MUST have it's own cycle. These DOT morons don't realize that this signal change exacerbates the traffic flow problem.

Please don't forget that the "jobs" created for the American people will only be for politically correct union members. Normal hard working Americans will be shut out yet again. Vote NO!!

"Faced with a growing congestion problem and no funds to replace the bridges"

Someone please tell me where the tax, either federal or state, on every gallon of gas is spent. I thought the tax was for maintaining and (re)building the nations bridges and roads.

Please vote no on the politicians transportation folly July 31.

Don't forget the Kenerly monument at Duncan Creek Park. I recall that it was just sheer luck that this field, where Kenerly coached, just happened to get the first artificial field in the county. I certainly hope Gwinnett County has removed that monument.
