Resource officer hit while directing traffic at local school

Officer Jimenez was the resource officer at Berkmar when my kids were there. He is a wonderful person and very well thought of. Prayers go out for him and for his family. Hoping for a speedy recovery.

More Gwinnett students master college-level work

Speaking from experience (my daughter started at UGA with 38 credits because of AP classes), schools do look at the rigor of classes. The one problem with AP credits is that HOPE counts those credits in the 120 hours that they pay for so it doesn't pay as long.
