Woman dead after driving into Peachtree Corners pond July 30, 2014
My adult son has autism spectrum disorder and he loves football. He is a Falcons fan and would love the experience of being at a playoff game with some of his special friends.
Why don't Whiteside just realize that the better man won this election and be quiet. He had to training to be clerk of court -- only a mouth to make up accusations with not only this but other things earlier this year which were not true.
Leave it to Brian Whiteside to decide to go the "Obama" way. All he has done is to smear the name of a man who has actually saved the county money, in the name of trying to get elected on his own race value and nothing more. Me vote for you? You Must Be Kidding!
I think this story is slanted. Granted there may be a group of people with an ethnic group that did get naturalized and such recently, but the thing is -- if there were registrations not processed, these people were not the only ones affected. Other people not of this ethnic group would have the same problem. I feel this story is a non-issue.
I would like to know what big daddy's pizza is.
Mr. Markham is the most wonderful, supportive principal that any high school could ever have. I have a lot of respect for him, and his support of the staff and students at Mill Creek, especially the Special Ed corridor. God bless!
Okay, so we’re having a tax holiday for school related items. The problem is that most of the schools in this area are going to be IN school at least a week before the tax holiday will occur. So what should we do? Send the kids to school in rags and beg for school supplies? This doesn’t help me at all, since I have to spend my money THIS weekend.
There is something SERIOUSLY wrong with this entire scenario. 8 MILLION dollars was spent SUPPORTING this tax?!?!? If the roads are THAT bad, why not use the 8 million dollars spent on STUPID ads and other garbage that was thrown over the place trying to pass this garbage and DONATE it to fix the roads!
This has corruption thrown all over it! Makes me wonder how much this stuff would have cost in the end!
As for any future taxes? Forget it! I will vote EVERY tax out of here, and NOT renew any existing taxes until government shows itself more accountable.
In the article it states..
Supporters are bankrolling an $8 million ad campaign to push the referendum....
Uh, why not DONATE that money to have roads fixed instead of paying for ads and such? Hello? Doesn't it make you wonder WHO are the persons who are wanting this tax passed and how much money they expect back if they put $8 million INTO it? Surely not just $10 Million.... right??? YOU MUST BE KIDDING!
You must be kidding! Trust the Goverment?
And as for Atlanta and such? I don't go to Atlanta, I go the opposite direction and do not use any of these roads.
I prefer to keep my taxes in my pocket.
