Mr. Wayne has been my barber for 23 years. He is a great barber and a tremendous human being.

Thanks for the clarification R. Perhaps you could help me understand how bypassing the House Rules are the same as not having a grasp of and violating the Constitution. I can not see in any of the quotes of Mr Woodall in this article a mention of the rules of the House of Represenatives. If you could direct me to a source that give the House Rules, I would appreciate it. I would like to read an interpret these for myself.

Reading Mr. Woodall's comment about the Constitution brings a good disguested laugh. Perhaps he needs to have his staff research recess appointments before he decides to wax eloquent in public. Here are some questions he might want them to research before speaking on the subjent: What President made the first recess appointment? Might it be one of the founding fathers? How many recess appointments did George W Bush make while in office? How many recess appointments has President Obama made while in office? If recess appointments are equivalent to desecrating the Constitution, then who desecrated it more? If Mr Woodall's comments are not political as he states, then where was his outrage when President Bush made his recess appointments? As Bugs Bunny would say, "What a Maroon!" I would say, "Mr. Woodall, stop being a hypocrite by pretending to be offended President Obama's recess appointment. And do your homework before you speak."

Why would T-Mobile want to postpone the rezoning request so that it could pay $2100 to the County instead of paying $1000 a month to Mr. and Mrs Pennington? If T-Mobile had wanted to deal with the County because it offered a greater resource for future cell towers, why did they not do so from the beginning. It would appear that someone from the County stepped in and muddied the water after a good faith negotiation had begun with the Penningtons. From the information provided in this article, it seems like the Penningtons have been unfairly treated during this process. That adds just another reason why we are right in not trusting our county officials ( Elected and Staff).
