Minimum wage increases reduce unemployment? Could you share your sources for that information? Actually it leads to more lay-offs especially in this failing economy (for past 4+ years) and no hope or plans to get it growing again. I await your reply.
I've lived in Gwinnett County more than 30 years and they are right in there with the usual inapt government organizations. Maybe a little more corrupt than some. Efficient? Not even close.
Speak for yourself. I am paying almost double what I paid when I could change suppliers when they did not perform. I am still looking for ways to get rid of the government workers when they do not perform which is most of the time.
Also my freedom of choice is more important to me than having fewer cars/trucks on the road. Not that Gwinnett County are all that great.
You give way to much credit to politicians. They have been doing this for years. Passing more laws when the ones on the books aren't enforced. Makes them look like they are doing something. The sad part is most people believe their schemes.
Absolutely, most of the administrators were bad classroom teachers they promoted up. Remember the "Peter Principle" When I went to school in the 50's there was a Elementary 1st -6th Principal and a high school 7th -12th Principal. The high school also had a secretary. Period. To my knowledge all who graduated could read, write and do math. Not so these days.
Then they should have been protesting OBAMA. He designed the sequestration and made sure the things the public would notice were targeted. Therefore they should be protesting the liberals.

Agree however the lunch program has been "crap" for a very long time. Another example of government inefficiency.
