As a frequent user of the Bunten Park facility, one issue that first must be addressed is the inconsiderate pet owners who refuse to pick up after their dogs. This is a city ordinance already on the books. This ordinance seems unenforceable, what makes you think someone spiting tobacco or blowing smoke will be reprimanded. I say we make the parks poop free first...bags are provided and the signs are there to remind us to pick up after our pets (do we really need a sign to remind us to do the right thing?) Let's enforce the rules we have now, I say the poop is much more disgusting the a little cigarette smoke.
