Olin Browne crowned Greater Gwinnett Championship as rain cancels final round | PHOTOS April 19, 2015
I emailed Mr. Beaudreau stating my opposition over two weeks ago. I am one of his constituents that directly live in his district. I also copied my email to Ms. Nash.
I had a response from Ms. Nash within three hours. I still haven't received a response from Mr. Beaudreau to this day. Even after a followup email asking for the courtesy of a response three days ago, he still hasn't responded.
My email to him was sent with my real name, an email address that identifies who I am and was very professional.
Apparently if you disagree with Mr. Beaudreau, he feels like he can ignore you and just not respond to your concerns. Regardless of where you fall on this issue, this should concern you. What if you find yourself on the opposite side of Mr. Beaudreau? You can better believe he won't bother to even give you the time of day.
I encourage all of you to remember this when it comes election time.
I am just disgusted that my representative on the Commission won't even bother to address my concerns with the proposal. I've sent two emails in two weeks trying to get a response out of Mr. Beaudreau. He won't even give me the courtesy of a response even though my emails to him have been professional and courteous.
Just remember that if you ever find yourself on the opposite of an issue, Mr. Beaudreau won't acknowledge you or your opinion. This should concern everyone whether you are for or against expansion/privitazation of the airport.
GCPD hates seeing the city police too. Why? They are usually rolling up with their felony perps under arrest and making them look bad. :)
I'll take the three minute response time to a felony in progress to a five minute response time anytime.
The city code can be found online. However, here is the verbatim quote of Sec. 2-38 of the city code:
"Sec. 2-38. - Vice-chairman.
The city council shall select a mayor pro tem from the council members at the beginning of each calendar year who shall serve as the vice-chairman. The vice-chairman shall fulfill the duties of the chairman if the chairman is not in attendance."
I don't see how anyone can read that and not see that Mayor Kautz is abusing her authority. I knew from the first minute I saw she was running that she would not "play nicely" with others.
If you do away with public schools, the problems with just arrive at the new school. I don't know why that is so hard for people to understand. The problems that are in our public schools are not solely a failure of our public education system. It is a failure of our society as a whole. Those who seek out alternative education options such as private school and charters are those that value education. This is why many of these schools are perceived as being better schools. However, if you were to force everyone into these alternative options, those schools won't be any better performing than public schools.
Buzz it is no secret that you are anti-Gwinnett County Schools. However, I don't believe that your perception of the schools is grounded in reality.
And if he would have died in the woods of alcohol poisoning or a fall... You'd be crucifying the police for not doing enough to find him.
