My school has kids on the floor. Wilbanks said we would have 2 more per class but I have 9 more in each. 36 in a classroom built for 30 or less.

Gwinnett has tons of kids from DeKalb and outside the county. When the teachers complain they are told to be quiet and let the kids finish the year out. These kids are usually pains in the rear and use large mounts of resources.
