Across-the-board budget cuts at the federal level could affect Gwinnett County Public Schools, according to Superintendent J. Alvin Wilbanks.
Wilbanks: Amendment could hurt public education
During one of his most public annual appearances, the superintendent of Gwinnett County Public Schools warned of the repurcussions to a proposed constitutional amendment that would guarantee the state's authority to charter independent public schools.
