Barber Wayne Magness has an extremely devoted clientele, many of whom travel long distances for his unique "Roffler technique" haircuts. Ty Tippett, of Buckhead, received his 40th anniversary hair cut from "Barber Wayne" on Saturday, in Lawrenceville.
