Brothers charged with murder in buried body case
Authorities have declared the death of a man whose body was found entombed in concrete in the back yard of a Winder home a homicide, police said Wednesday.

Police say they've taken twin brothers into custody after investigators unearthed a body that was placed in a plastic container, encased in concrete and buried in the yard of a northeast Georgia home.
