Cops asking for tips on serial trailer thieves
LILBURN -- Gwinnett police are asking for help identifying a pair of trailer thieves caught on camera.. Gwinnett County police spokesman Cpl. Jake Smith said Friday that the criminals -- described as a white male and white female -- took the flatbed trailer from a driveway at 4217 Walking Lane
