Three were killed and one is is in critical condition after they were struck by a 2006 red Dodge Caravan driven by Raul Herberto Ortega Arias, who lost control and struck four of the six pedestrians walking on the sidewalk. From left are Adriana Maria Diaz, Esther V Terrero De Diaz, Abraham Diaz, Magdeline Esther Diaz, and Franklin Abraham Diaz. Magdeline Esther Diaz, 10, has been hospitalized. Her brother, 14-year-old Franklin Diaz Jr., and 53-year-old grandmother, Esther Terrero De Diaz, both of Lawrenceville, Ga., and a cousin from the Dominican Republic, 13-year-old Adriana Maria Diaz, all died at a hospital after the crash.
