Special Photo. The 1980s rock band Dokken will perform at 9:30 p.m. tonight at Wild Bill's in Duluth. The band is made up of Don Dokken (vocals), Mick Brown (drums), Jon Levin (guitar) and Sean McNabb (bass). Tickets are $15 in advance and $21 at the door.
