Providence Christian grad Stephen Ramsey received the Tommy Werrick Scholar-Athlete Award as Augusta State’s top student-athlete for the 2010-11 school year. Ramsey made 47 pitching appearances in three seasons at Augusta State after transferring from Toccoa Falls College.

The Providence Christian boys soccer team started fast and ended strong with a 4-1 win over Pace Academy in the Class A state semifinals Wednesday night.
