Mill Creek grad Moneshia Simmons and the U.S. Women’s Junior National Volleyball Team placed fourth in the recent World Championships, losing in four games to China in the bronze medal match. Simmons, a sophomore in Clemson’s volleyball program, was the only player from the deep South on the Americans’ 17-player roster.
