Deal quits House to run for governor in Georgia

ATLANTA -- U.S. Rep. Nathan Deal has resigned from Congress after casting a vote against a sweeping Democratic-sponsored overhaul of healthcare. He is leaving to pursue the Republican nomination for governor in Georgia.
