Suwanee celebrates 10th anniversary of concerts with Everclear

Saturday’s concert in Suwanee marked the 10th anniversary of music and events at Suwanee’s Town Center Park. Alternative rock band Everclear, the latest in a string of popular ’90s bands, who entertained the crowd.

Annandale Village in Suwanee to put on Olympic Games-style fundraiser

Called the “Great Gwinnett Corporate Games,” employees of corporations, government agencies and small businesses are invited to participate in more than 20 events at fields and venues across Gwinnett. The games are scheduled for Oct. 11 to Nov. 1 and are designed to encourage teamwork and camraderie and raise awareness for individuals with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities or traumatic brain injuries.

Rock band Everclear to play Saturday’s Music and Wings Festival in Suwanee

Throughout the years, a variety of popular bands and musicians have taken the stage at Town Center Park for Suwanee’s August Concert like Sister Hazel and Shawn Mullins, who headlined the very first concert back in 2004. This year, alternative-rock band Everclear will be headlining on Saturday.

Suwanee’s August Community Concert this Saturday marks the 10th anniversary of music, festivals and events at Town Center Park, so the city wanted to do something special. This year’s free concert has been expanded into the new Music & Wings Festival.
