Authorities in Tennessee have arrested the man accused of robbing a Norcross Waffle House with a pitchfork.

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office says Jeffery Willard Wooten was arrested after a break-in, carjacking and murder.

He is charged in the fatal shooting of 44-year-old Randy Lands on Friday.

Wooten was spotted in Loudon County (Tenn.) and led cops on a chase.

“He got off on Lovell Road and crashed the vehicle he was driving. He was taken into custody and transported by Rural Metro to UT Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries,” a release from the Knox County Sheriff said.

They said Wooten is charged with first degree murder with no bond and two counts of aggravated robbery for a combined bond of $100,000.

Wooten is also charged with armed robbery and aggravated assault after the May 1 Waffle House incident in Norcross (VIDEO).
