Gwinnett County Police are asking for help in finding the identify of a man they found in cardiac arrest on Tuesday night. The man was found on the side of South Old Peachtree Road near Lou Ivey Road in Duluth after 10 p.m. on Tuesday night.
He was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center — Duluth where he’s in “grave condition,” according to police. Police said the man appears to be in his mid to late 50s and is about 5-foot-9, weighing between 150 to 160 pounds. Police also said he has a “distinctive scar on his left arm that appears to be from a prior surgery.”
The man was found wearing cargo shorts, a white shirt, white Nike tennis shoes and a University of North Carolina fitted cap. Based on the keys he was carrying, police said he may drive a 1998-2002 Toyota of unknown model and color. He was wearing what appeared to be purple gardening gloves.
