Wind chill advisory issued, more bitter cold temps

A wind chill advisory has been issued for tonight as forecasters say temperatures may feel as low as 10 degrees below zero.

The National Weather Service in Peachtree City says the wind chill readings will be between zero and 10 below as gusts up to 25mph are possible through 10 a.m. Friday morning.

Officials advise that temperatures this low can result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia if precautions are not taken.

The overnight low will be around 10 degrees with the high on Friday near freezing.
