Free health and nutrition food talks offered
The Norcross Human Services Center hosts general health and nutrition food talks from 10 a.m. to noon Fridays. Presenters speak English and Spanish, and classes are provided by the Gwinnett County Cooperative Extension Service.

Weekend seminar to assist those dealing with AD/HD
Parent to Parent Family Training on AD/HD will be offered Feb. 20, Feb. 21 and March 1 at Providence Christian Academy, 4575 Lawrenceville Highway in Lilburn.
The seminar provides an overview with extensive materials to support individuals who navigate daily challenges of AD/HD. The $75 registration fee includes one workbook. Membership with CHADD — Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder — is required. Register for membership at www.Chadd.org by Feb. 10.
