After a slow start to the season, Gwinnett Braves right fielder Joey Terdoslavich found his stroke at the plate last week.

The switch-hitter went 13-for-26, a .500 average, for the week with three doubles, a homer, four RBIs and nine runs scored. The outburst helped the G-Braves to a 4-3 record and earned Terdoslavich batter of the week honors from the International League.

He is the second Gwinnett Braves player to claim the league’s weekly slugging honor, the other going to Ernesto Mejia, who was sent to Japan late last week. Terdoslavich is on an eight game hitting streak and has watched his batting average climb 79 points to .317.
