LAWRENCEVILLE — Georgia Gwinnett College is giving high school seniors a chance to save $20.
The college is waiving its $20 application fee during the week of Oct. 14-20 to encourage students to get started early on necessary paperwork.
“We encourage students to apply early so they can be secure with their college plans moving into the spring of their senior year,” said Tee Mitchell, director of admissions, in a press release. “Because of the requirement to provide certain documentation, such as high school transcripts and Compass/ACT/SAT scores, there are a lot of steps involved to the process.”
Prospective students can complete applications anytime online at www.GAcollege411.org. GGC’s application deadline for the fall 2014 semester is May 1.
The college will hold an open house on Oct. 19 where registration is required.
