Chamber launches new dining program

Need a new reason to go out to eat — that’s budget friendly?

Look no further than the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce, which recently launched a new program called Dine In Gwinnett.

The community resource was designed to offer residents more dining options in the neighborhood while providing local residents extra exposure and repeat clientele.

“This unique program was created to meet very specific needs within the community including serving local restaurants that have contributed significantly to Gwinnnett’s established dining scene and offering residents an accessible and valuable outlet for finding local dining options,” said Vince DeSilva, senior vice president of membership services with the Gwinnett Chamber. “Dine In Gwinnett serves both of these needs while fostering a stronger sense of community in Gwinnett.”

The program offers a website portal and online community calendar where dining establishments can showcase their menus and upcoming events.

On the website, diners can browse by cuisine, menu, dress code, atmosphere, entertainment and special needs.

Some of the restaurants that are a part of Dine In Gwinnett include Bonefish Grill, Dave & Buster’s, Johnny Carino’s, Pollo Tropical, Tilted Kilt and Three Blind Mice — to name a few.

As a part of the Gwinnett Chamber’s Shop In Gwinnett program, consumers who are looking to dine and shop with discounts should visit ShopInGwinnett.com to buy a personalized card that is valid for one year from the date of issue. By purchasing the card, residents have the opportunity to support a local nonprofit of their choice.
