Eagles' Russell commits to Edinboro wrestling

A day after placing third at the prestigious Super 32 wrestling tournament, Collins Hill wrestler Sean Russell made his college decision. The senior committed to the University of Edinboro on Monday, according to his head coach Josh Stephen.

Russell is a three-time state champion in Georgia’s highest classification and has a 160-10 career record. He was 54-3 last season in the 113-pound weight class.

Edinoboro, a Division I school in Pennsylvania, is ranked in the top 10 in the country. The Fighting Scots placed 14th at last season’s NCAA national championships.
